What counts as a review?

A review is one submitted feedback we record. A scan without a submission doesn’t count, and we never count per table.

Do you charge for QR codes?

No — we never charge for QR codes. The per-plan QR number is only about reporting: each QR is its own data stream (e.g. per table or location), so you can break reviews down by exactly where they came from. You can print one code design as many times as you like.

Do you offer yearly billing?

Yes. Switch to yearly and get 2 months free — you pay for 10 months and get 12.

What if I hit my monthly limit?

Nothing is lost. We keep recording every review and you still see it. Export and advanced trends for the overage unlock when you upgrade — we never reject a customer’s feedback.

Does my customer need an app?

No. Everything works without an app — they scan the QR and submit in under 10 seconds. Once people know it, it’s faster: the average is about 7 seconds.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime; your monthly limit resets on the 1st.

I have several locations or a chain?

Ultimate covers 2 locations. For 3+ locations, public sector or ISO needs, talk to us about Enterprise.

How does this help with ISO 9001?
